Refund Policy

At Adlyfts, we stand behind the quality of our digital marketing services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
By purchasing a package, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Performance Guarantee — Full Refund Available
We offer a performance-based guarantee for new clients during the first 30 days of service.
1.1 The Guarantee
If your campaigns do not achieve a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of at least 1.5x during the first 30 days, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the Service fees paid.
ROAS 1.5x means: for every $1 spent on ads, at least $1.50 in revenue was generated and attributed to our campaigns.
1.2 Who Qualifies
To be eligible for this guarantee, you must:
✓ Complete the onboarding form within 7 days of payment ✓ Provide access to required advertising accounts and assets promptly ✓ Fund a minimum ad budget of $500 (or the recommended amount for your package) ✓ Approve creative assets and strategies within 48 hours of submission ✓ Not pause, modify, or interfere with campaigns without our agreement ✓ Maintain the Service for the full 30 days ✓ Submit a written refund request to [email protected] within 7 days after the 30-day period ends (by day 37)
1.3 What's Excluded
The performance guarantee does NOT apply in the following cases:
✗ Delayed Client actions — You failed to provide access, assets, or approvals within agreed timelines ✗ Product or offer issues — Conversion rate on your landing page is below 0.5%, or you have shipping, inventory, pricing, or other issues outside our control ✗ Account suspensions — Your advertising accounts were suspended or restricted by the platform due to your own policy violations ✗ Strategy overrides — You insisted on campaign changes against our documented recommendations, and those changes reduced performance ✗ Market conditions — Seasonality, competitor activity, or broader market changes are not grounds for a refund; only ROAS measurement applies
1.4 How ROAS is Calculated
ROAS is calculated using data from the advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) combined with conversion tracking from your website or analytics tools.
- Default attribution window: 7-day click / 1-day view
- Alternative windows may be agreed upon in writing before campaigns begin
- Only revenue directly attributed to our campaigns by the platform is counted
- Organic traffic, direct visits, and other channels are excluded
1.5 Refund Amount
A valid guarantee claim results in a full refund of Service fees paid for the first 30 days. Please note:
- Third-party ad spend is NOT refundable. Those funds were paid by you directly to the advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), not to us.
- One-time guarantee: This performance guarantee applies once per Client, covering the first 30 days only. Subsequent months are not covered.
2. Other Refund Situations
2.1 Before Service Begins
If you have paid but we have not yet started campaign setup (typically within 48 hours of receiving your completed onboarding form), you may request a full refund by emailing [email protected].
2.2 After Service Begins
Once we have started work — including campaign setup, creative production, account configuration, or strategy development — payments become non-refundable except under the performance guarantee (Section 1).
2.3 Ongoing Monthly Clients
After the first 30 days, monthly packages are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your package anytime with written notice to [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You will continue to receive Services and reports through the end of the current billing cycle.
No pro-rata refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations outside the performance guarantee period.
3. Technical or Service Failures
If we fail to deliver the Services as described due to our error (not due to platform issues, your actions, or factors outside our control), we will:
- First, work with you to remedy the issue at no additional cost
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, offer a pro-rata credit toward future Services
- In severe cases, offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] to attempt resolution.
Most disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly without involving your bank. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in:
- Immediate termination of Services
- Loss of access to all deliverables and reports
- Recovery of chargeback fees and legal costs
- Being reported to fraud prevention networks
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"
- Your full name and company name
- The email address used for payment
- The package you purchased and payment date
- Reason for the refund request
- For performance guarantee claims: screenshots of your ROAS from the relevant ad platform dashboards
We will respond within 3 business days and issue approved refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.
6. Refund Processing Times
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method:

Processing fees from the original transaction are not returned (this is a policy of the payment processors, not Adlyfts).
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not refundable under any circumstances:
- Third-party advertising spend (funds you paid directly to Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platforms)
- Fees for services already completed and delivered
- Custom creative work already produced and delivered
- Any package fees for cycles more than 30 days old (unless under performance guarantee)
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
Refund requests are governed by the policy in effect at the time of your payment.
